Chains and a small tail

Chains and a small tail, all made from scratch by me. It's rigged. It fits Pandabear's female base (https://gumroad.com/l/pAxQR), and I used the Kiera Clothing-set that's available in Panda's Discord server. Sculpt the stockings a bit, and you'll get the same result as shown in pictures.
